Is HGH Fragment 176-191 FDA-approved?
Not approved by the FDA. Products sold online as "research chemicals" aren't checked for purity, sterility or dose.
Is HGH Fragment 176-191 banned in sport?
Banned in sport by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).
Overview
Researchers in the 1990s found that the tail end of growth hormone seemed to carry some of its fat-burning effect. Most published work used related fragments, like AOD-9604, in rats and mice. There are no solid human trials of fragment 176-191 itself.
How it works
In animal studies, the growth hormone tail increased fat breakdown and fat burning without raising blood sugar or IGF-1 the way full growth hormone does.
How long does HGH Fragment 176-191 stay in the body?
Not established in people.
What it's studied for
- Fat breakdown in obese rodents
Related: AOD-9604, 5-Amino-1MQ, Bimagrumab, MOTS-c.
