Peptide tracker apps compared
PepBloom makes this page, and PepBloom is one of the apps on it. Read it as a maker's view. The apps are listed A to Z, nobody is ranked, and each one shows where it does better than PepBloom.
This page compares software only. It doesn't name, rate or recommend any peptide, and we don't link to sellers. Check a compound's FDA status in the compound library.

The apps, A to Z
Pep AI
Wins on food and reports. It scans restaurant menus, makes PDF reports, shows estimated medication levels and has an interactive body map for injection sites. It has an Android app.
Peply
New on the App Store since September 2026. Wins on simplicity and a lifetime option: one log for peptides, TRT and GLP-1s, with sites, schedules, notes and reminders. PepBloom has no lifetime plan.
PepTracker
Wins on a free plan and a lifetime option. The free plan covers up to 3 protocols with dose logging, reminders and vial supply. It has CSV export and two-way Apple Health sync for weight, body fat and waist.
Peptide Tracker (Flat Six Labs)
Wins on price: everything is free, with an optional payment to support it. It tracks vials and supplies, injection sites and estimated levels, syncs Apple Health and has a community. It says over 100,000 people use it. To export your data you contact them, per its App Store page.
PeptidePal
Wins on library size: it lists 110+ compounds, with vial inventory, injection site rotation and scheduling, and says over 150,000 people use it. It has an Android app.
Regimen
Wins on range and a longer trial. It covers peptides, TRT, HRT and GLP-1s, one compound is free with no time limit, and its trial is 14 days against PepBloom's 3. It imports and exports CSV, charts levels hour by hour, tracks bloodwork and has an Android app.
Where PepBloom loses
- It isn't on the App Store yet. Every other app here is.
- It's iPhone only. Pep AI, Peptide Tracker, PeptidePal and Regimen have Android apps.
- There's no free tier. You get 3 days free on the yearly plan, then you pay or stop. Peptide Tracker is free, PepTracker and Regimen have free tiers, and Regimen's trial is 14 days.
- It has no ratings yet, so you can't see what other people think of it.
- At launch it isn't available in the EU and EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Türkiye or mainland China.
What PepBloom does
PepBloom is an iPhone tracker for GLP-1s, peptides and other injectables. You log doses in mg, mcg, IU, mL or syringe units, see each medication's estimated level from the doses you logged, and do vial math on the numbers from your vial and your prescription. It never suggests a dose. Your logs are saved on your phone and you don't need an account. CSV and PDF export keep working if you stop paying. It costs $44.99 a year after 3 days free, or $9.99 a month with no trial. More on the PepBloom homepage.
Questions
Is there a free peptide tracker app?

Do these apps track GLP-1s too?
Most do. Pep AI, Peply, PepTracker, Peptide Tracker, PeptidePal, Regimen and PepBloom all mention GLP-1s. For apps built around GLP-1 shots, see GLP-1 tracker apps compared.
Can I export my logs?
PepTracker and Regimen list CSV export on their App Store pages. Peptide Tracker exports when you contact them. PepBloom exports CSV and PDF, and both keep working if you stop paying.
How we checked
On Nov 6, 2026 we read each app's US App Store page and Apple's public app data: the price list, the rating and the description. An App Store page shows at most 10 prices, so an app can show you others inside. "Not stated" means the App Store page doesn't say what's free. "Yes" under Android means we found the app's Google Play listing. We recheck these facts every quarter. Spot a mistake? Email support@pepbloom.app and we'll fix it.
