The apps, A to Z
Glapp
Wins on reports. Its weekly progress report looks at what worked, and it compares your progress with clinical-trial data and with other users. It also has a medication level curve, daily check-ins for hunger and food noise, and an Android app. PepBloom has no peer or trial comparison.
GlucoPal
Listed on the App Store as "Zepbound & Mounjaro Tracker". Wins on free use: it says logging is free, with no account required. Pro adds estimated level forecasts and PDF reports for appointments. It has an Android app. PepBloom has no free tier.
MeAgain
Wins on reach and food. It has the most ratings on this page, one daily timeline for food, shots, pills, symptoms and movement, widgets with its Capy character, and an Android app.
Pep
Listed on the App Store as "GLP-1 Weight Loss Tracker: Pep". Wins on extras: shots or pills, meals, body measurements and progress photos that back up when you sign in, and a free companion app with short strength sessions planned around your shot day. PepBloom has no workout plans.
PeptidePal
Covers peptides as well as GLP-1s. Wins on library size: it lists 110+ compounds, with vial inventory, injection site rotation and scheduling, and says over 150,000 people use it. It has an Android app.
Regimen
Wins on a real free tier and a longer trial. One compound is free with no time limit, and the trial for more is 14 days against PepBloom's 3. It also imports and exports CSV, charts levels hour by hour, tracks bloodwork and has an Android app.
Shotsy
Wins on track record. It has been on the App Store since May 2024, has 34,555 ratings and an Android app. It charts estimated medication levels, tracks calories, protein and water, and imports weight and food from Apple Health. Coming from Shotsy? Here is how to move your logs.
Where PepBloom loses
- It isn't on the App Store yet. Every other app here is.
- It's iPhone only. Glapp, GlucoPal, MeAgain, PeptidePal, Regimen and Shotsy have Android apps.
- There's no free tier. You get 3 days free on the yearly plan, then you pay or stop. Glapp, GlucoPal and Regimen have free tiers, and Regimen's trial is 14 days.
- It has no ratings yet, so you can't see what other people think of it.
- At launch it isn't available in the EU and EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Türkiye or mainland China.
What PepBloom does
PepBloom is an iPhone tracker for GLP-1s, peptides and other injectables. You log doses in mg, mcg, IU, mL or syringe units, see each medication's estimated level from the doses you logged, and do vial math on the numbers from your vial and your prescription. It never suggests a dose. Your logs are saved on your phone and you don't need an account. CSV and PDF export keep working if you stop paying. It costs $44.99 a year after 3 days free, or $9.99 a month with no trial. More on the PepBloom homepage.
Questions
Is there a free GLP-1 tracker app?
Yes. GlucoPal says it's free to download and use, Glapp's core app is free, and Regimen tracks one compound free with no time limit. For peptides and GLP-1s together, Peptide Tracker by Flat Six Labs says it's 100% free. See peptide tracker apps compared.
Which GLP-1 tracker apps work on Android?
Glapp, GlucoPal, MeAgain, PeptidePal, Regimen and Shotsy all have Google Play listings. PepBloom is iPhone only for now.
Can I move my logs from one app to another?
Only if the old app lets you export them. Shotsy and Regimen export a CSV file, and PepBloom reads Shotsy's file as it is. A CSV from another app works too: you match its columns to date, medication, dose and weight.
How we checked
On Nov 6, 2026 we read each app's US App Store page and Apple's public app data: the price list, the rating and the description. An App Store page shows at most 10 prices, so an app can show you others inside. "Not stated" means the App Store page doesn't say what's free. "Yes" under Android means we found the app's Google Play listing. We recheck these facts every quarter. Spot a mistake? Email support@pepbloom.app and we'll fix it.
